The Anatomical Self  installed at The Joshua Creek Heritage Centre in Oakville, as a part of The World of Threads Festival. This show is amazing!! definitely worth the trek out of the city. The show, De Rerum Natura, is on until Sunday November 18th

AND! I have a new piece installed at The Gladstone Hotel in Toronto. P.E.T Me is a 9' x 6' quilt that depicts a CT scan of a human torso. The quilt will be on display until the end of January as a part of the Hard Twist VII show, which is also associated with WOT Festival.

New Adventures

Here is a sneak peak of a quilting project I have started... all I have to do is figure out how to quilt.

Exciting News!

My work, Anatomical Self, will be featured in this year's World of Threads Festival! As a part of the Common Thread Internation Exhibits in fibre-based art, Gareth Bate has assembled an exciting collection of national and international textile artists for his show De Rerum Natura (On The Nature of Things). The show will take place at the Joshua Creek Heritage Centre in Oakville, November 2 - 18, 2012.

New ink project underway!
I am currently working on a large scale ink project involving circular light boxes. The inks are mostly made, all I need now is some custom metal work..

Bell Trinity Square Imagination Zone

Finally! My two large scale ink paintings have been permanently installed at the reception desk of Bell Trinity Square North Tower. The private opening reception is this wednesday, but the building is open to the public so please go by and see!

Na-na-na-na-na-na-nana Brain Hat

I produced this hat for the show FEEDBACK: the not-for-sale art exchange, back in December. It now lives happily with my friend Graeme, who loves it very much and wears it everyday.
